The prices indicated in materials on the website, as well as those discussed by phone or in person with the Client, do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Civil Code. A binding determination of the apartment price occurs upon conclusion of an appropriate agreement with the Developer. Until that moment, the price may change or the apartment may be withdrawn from sale.
